Black Friday 2026 Promotion Terms

These Promotional Terms (“Promotion Terms”) govern the Black Friday 2026 promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by hosting.com (“hosting.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Promotion Terms supplement our Service Terms and Refund & Billing Policy, together with the other policies incorporated into the Service Terms (collectively, the “General Terms”).
The General Terms continue to apply. In the event of any conflict, these Promotion Terms prevail solely in relation to the specific promotional benefits and conditions expressly set out below. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Promotion Terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Service Terms.
1. Promotional Period
The Promotion runs from November 2, 2026 to November 30, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
To qualify, an eligible order must be placed and successfully completed during the Promotional Period.
The applicable promotional price is displayed at checkout and is applied automatically. No promotional code is required.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion applies to eligible purchases made during the Promotional Period, subject to the eligibility requirements and offer conditions disclosed at the point of purchase.
Publicly advertised promotional offers and offers made available to existing customers through their accounts may be subject to different eligibility requirements and conditions.
3. Promotional Pricing and Payment
Promotional pricing applies only to the initial twelve (12)-month term of an eligible plan. The full price for that term is payable upfront.
Where prices are displayed as monthly equivalents, they represent the total twelve-month price divided by twelve and do not constitute monthly billing.
Applicable taxes and any additional charges are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, or promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Renewal and Cancellation
After the initial twelve-month term, eligible hosting plans renew automatically in accordance with the General Terms at the applicable regular renewal price.
The renewal price and renewal arrangements will be disclosed at checkout and in subsequent renewal notices in accordance with the Refund & Billing Policy.
Customers who do not wish to renew must cancel their Services in accordance with the cancellation procedures and deadlines set out in the General Terms.
The promotional discount does not apply to subsequent renewal terms unless expressly offered otherwise.
5. Promotional Benefits
The Services and any promotional benefits included in an eligible purchase are as described in the applicable offer and at checkout.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all such Services and benefits remain subject to the applicable General Terms, including any service-specific conditions, limitations and exclusions.
Website migration services are subject to the eligibility requirements, limitations and applicable charges set out in the Refund & Billing Policy.
6. Money-Back Guarantee
Eligible hosting services are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee in accordance with the conditions and exclusions set out in the General Terms.
The guarantee applies only to the eligible initial term and does not apply to subsequent renewals.
Domain registration fees and other non-refundable items are excluded from refunds as specified in the General Terms. Where a complimentary domain has been registered in connection with a refunded hosting plan, the applicable treatment of the domain and any associated charges shall be governed by the General Terms and the conditions disclosed at purchase.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory statutory cancellation or refund rights.
7. Availability, Changes and Pricing Errors
The Promotion is available only for eligible services and orders completed during the Promotional Period.
We may amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion prospectively, including where reasonably necessary to address technical issues, pricing errors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such changes will not retroactively alter the agreed promotional price or benefits of an order already accepted and completed, except as permitted by applicable law.
Where a material pricing error is identified before an order is accepted, we may correct the price and give the customer the opportunity to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.
8. General Provisions
Except as expressly provided in these Promotion Terms, the General Terms govern the purchase, use, renewal, cancellation and refund of the relevant services.
Nothing in these Promotion Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer or statutory rights applicable to the customer.
